Pay My Bill

Keep in mind that delinquent payments made online could take 2 to 3 business days to process and do not prevent disconnection or immediate reinstatement of service once disconnected. If delinquent contact Customer Service at 281-579-4500. Do not make an online/phone payment on the due date on your delinquent notice. Confirmation numbers do not prevent disconnection of service. Payments made for accounts that have been disconnected for delinquency, must be made at office by money order or cashier’s check.

    • Make payments via InstaPay on your smartphone by scanning the QR code that is printed on the remittance coupon of your water bill using Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express (3% transaction fee)

  • Monthly Auto-Draft: (Drafted and Posted on due date) (click here)

    • Checks sent via the USPS or online bill pay through your banking institution.

      * Online bill pay through your banking institution generally involves your bank utilizing a third party to create a check that is sent to the address that you specify. Severn Trent has no control over the check creation and mailing process for this service. All payments are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
