The job doesn't end when the equipment is installed. At Severn Trent Services, our
field and factory service personnel are well-trained to support our disinfection,
instrumentation and filtration products throughout North American, Europe, Asia
Pacific, Latin America and Middle East/Africa.
Our field service centers offer more
than just start-up services; we offer contract, demand, warranty, and training and
installation services. Emergency and after-hours service is available through all
our locations. We even provide on-site training. The service is provided just like
a standard service call. Most clients schedule a preventive or predictive maintenance
for their system and coordinate the event with the assigned factory service engineer.
We then complete an entire PM on the system with the assistance of your maintenance
and operations staff. At the end of the service call, your staff will have the skills
and knowledge to perform the service on their own. Most equipment does not need
special tools, but we can recommend some useful items. We will also review your
parts inventory and recommend an appropriate level per your production tolerances.
And, if your staff needs training hours to support their credentials or would like
to apply for continuing education credits, please forward the requirements and we
will do our best to exceed them.
