Service: Cost effective contract maintenance packages that include service & call-out visits
as part of various standard packages (see table) are available and can be tailored to your needs.
Call-Out: Guaranteed call out response times are available within service packages and are
charged at a preferential contract rate. Standard non-contract call-outs are also available.
Repairs: Refurbishment and repairs service available with prices being quoted against specific needs.
Installation: Installation work associated with Severn Trent Services (STS) equipment can be undertaken competitively.
Commissioning: Our fully trained team of experienced engineers can provide peace of mind that
your new equipment is fully functional and configured to your individual requirements
Training: We provide basic product training at the commissioning stage in addition to more
advanced operator and maintenance training on the full range of STS products, tailored to your specific requirements.
Warranty: Options are available within contract maintenance packages to enhance standard
warranty cover including all replacement parts.
