Severn Trent Services offers the MicroDynamics® Series OCS 660 open channel wastewater system to meet wastewater disinfection needs for a variety of dose, log reduction and water quality requirements. The MicroDynamics systems are unique in that they use microwaves to energize low pressure high-output electrodeless lamps to maximize a UVC output at 254 nm.
The new MicroDynamics® CV02 Closed Vessel Ultraviolet (UV) system is a patented design from Severn Trent Services. Systems are available in a closed vessel arrangement for efficient and effective treatment of both drinking water and wastewater. A single CV02 two lamp system can treat up to 1200GPM (6,000m3/day). The drinking water system has also been independently validated to treat Cryptosporidium by HydroQual Environmental Engineers and Scientists, P.C to the latest United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) LT2 regulations.
