- On-site review of property for deed restriction violations
- Receive, log and process common area work orders
- Review tasks related to special work projects upon approval by Board
- Review the performance of Association's contractors
- Coordinate with the Association's legal counsel for enforcement of deed restrictions
- Arrange, schedule and attend annual meetings, organizational meetings and Board of Directors meetings
- Prepare documentation for board meeting agendas, management reports, meeting minutes, maintain files, records and minute book for the Association.
