Chloromatic™

Severn Trent Services offers a wide range of Capital Controls® Chloromatic™ automatic gas control valves in wall mounting, for low to medium capacities, or feeder cabinet mounting for all capacities.

Capital Controls® Series 70CV3000 Chloromatic™ Intelligent Gas Flow Control Valve
The Capital Controls Series 70CV3000 Chloromatic Intelligent Gas Flow Control Valve automatically controls chemical feed in water or wastewater applications. The wall-mounted, integrated, Series 70CV3000 responds to multiple process signals from a water flow transmitter and/or chlorine residual analyzer and is integrated with a microprocessor-based controller. Te Series 70CV3000 is field configurable for flow proportioning, residual, compound loop or feed forward control. While the Series 70CV3000 features ten range capacities from 10 to 3,000 pounds per day (up to 60 kg/hr) for chlorine, it is also suitable for use with sulfur dioxide, ammonia and carbon dioxide. The system comes standard with an 11-step calibration of the valve plug that yields a true gas flow retransmission signal and eliminates the need for a separate D/P transmitter.

Capital Controls® Series 70AV2000 Chloromatic™ Gas Flow Control Valve
The Capital Controls Series 70AV2000 Chloromatic control valve is wall mounted and responds to control signals from a water flow transmitter, a chlorine residual analyzer controller or a pacing signal from a central control system. The pressure feed Chloromatic valve is used in conjunction with the positive pressure ammonia feeder and process gas diffuser.

Capital Controls® Series 70CV2000 Chloromatic™ Gas Flow Control Valve
The Capital Controls Series 70CV2000 Chloromatic control valve is wall mounted and responds to control signals from a water flow transmitter and/or a chlorine residual analyzer controller. Valve characteristics are provided to directly accept a flow pacing signal from a process flow transmitter. The Series 70CV2000 control valve can be provided in maximum ranges from 10 PPD to 3000 PPD of chlorine for wall mounting. It is designed as a sonic control valve precluding the need for differential pressure regulators for all the ranges. The valve is also available for feeder cabinet mounting with maximum ranges from 10 PPD to 10,000 PPD of chlorine. The Chloromatic valve is used in conjunction with a vacuum regulator, gas flowmeter and an ejector to provide a complete system.
