For that reason we have mechanisms in place to encourage employees to propose and develop programs that motivate people to decrease the risk of workplace injuries. As a result, we continue to improve our performance in health and safety.

Where our businesses operate in countries with developing health and safety cultures, we conduct risk assessments to identify the key risks and mitigate them by providing training and the appropriate expertise. Our facilities measure and monitor performance against a common set of Key Performance Indicators.

Our businesses continually improve performance by achieving and maintaining certifications with quality, health and safety and environmentally recognized standards.
