BabyWorks™ is the most dependable fully automatic bottling system available. Designed primarily for start-up bottling operations, BabyWorks features an output capacity of 60, 200 or 300 bottles per hour. The BabyWorks system will automatically wash, sanitize, rinse, fill and cap 3-, 5- and 6-gallon bottles. Its compact size and automatic operation easily allows one person to operate the entire process.
Using the same industry-leading design innovations as our larger WaterWorks‘ systems, BabyWorks™ features heavy-duty stainless steel construction, safety-first design, programmable logic control, high velocity pressure sprayers, a stainless steel descending fill head system and a built-in cleanroom with pressurized fill area utilizing HEPA submicron filtration.
