Hurricane Harvey Update: As the aftereffects of the historic rain and flooding from Hurricane Harvey continue to impact most of southeast Texas, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to safely provide the highest level of service to you and your communities through this difficult time. Our team is working around the clock to ensure that we provide safe and reliable drinking water to our customers. Due to recent conditions in the Houston area, we are suspending any late fees, water disconnections or shutoff activity for at least the next 30 days for our Houston area clients only. Our customer service and dispatch teams have been working hard during this challenging time and remain ready to provide excellent service to you.
As of 9:00am September 13, 2017, the water usage restriction for Cinco Ranch residents has been rescinded. We would like to thank those residents who assisted during this event. Please contact Severn Trent customer care at 281-398-8211 with any questions.

Hurricane Irma Update: Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those in the path of Hurricane Irma. We are pleased to report that all of our employees made it safely through the storm. There are numerous instances of power outages and damage from the storm though. Our # 1 priority continues to be the safety of our employees and your residents. All of our Florida offices now have power and will be open for business effective Thursday September 14th.
